Monthly meetings take place to coordinate our set goals and objectives to ensure that we as a team are achieving desired outcomes. These meetings are overseen by a representative from Advitech PTY LTD. Advitech’s role is to ensure that we are committed to the program as well as adding value to what we believe are our desired goals.

→ 254 tonnes (254,504 kilos) of store returns has been supplied to a third party who then sorts it and sends it on to 3rd world countries and what is rejected is used for rags.
→ 18% reduction over the previous 12 months.
→ 49 tonnes of metals have been recycled to scrap.
→ 32 tonnes of cardboard is recycled.
→ 165 tonnes of paper (books etc) has been recycled.
→ Approximately 1,000 milk crates have been returned to suppliers where previously they would have been destroyed or used in other areas.
→ Over 1,000 recycled mattresses have been sold which normally would have ended up as landfill. This is through all mattresses sold being sanitised prior to sale.
→ A review of all electrical appliances on site has resulted in a reduction in use and a review on all appliances that are deemed to be using excessive amounts of electricity.
→ Electricity use has been reduced by 15% through better practices including only using areas that are required at the relevant times.
→ All donated "non working electrical appliances" are stripped and recycled. This includes all E-waste.
→ Split system air-conditioning systems have been installed so only office areas in use are being used, not a whole air-con systems that cools/warms the whole building.
